The problem
Deep technical knowledge — semiconductor device physics one week, cellular biology the next — and no repeatable way to publish it. Every video was a one-off. The subjects are genuinely three-dimensional and were being explained with static diagrams, and nothing connected the audience on short form to the substance on long form.

What we did
- Designed a production system rather than a series: templates, a shot grammar, and a schedule the channel could actually sustain.
- Built 3D that shows the thing working from the inside — the doped layers of a transistor, airflow separating off a wing, a nanobot meeting a cell — which is the part a cutaway drawing cannot do.
- Ran long form and short form off one pipeline, so a short is a by-product of the main edit rather than a second job.
- Shipped an interactive, tool-based web app so the audience can change the inputs and watch the behaviour change.

Where it landed
Past two million organic views across formats with no paid promotion, and a publishing system that no longer depends on any single video going well.

“I had the engineering knowledge and no system for getting it out. Ayuvam built one — a long-form and short-form pipeline, 3D that makes a MOSFET legible in ten seconds, and an interactive tool that lets people try the thing instead of only watching it. Past two million organic views, none of it paid.”
