The problem

Sending clients work meant Drive folders, dead links and a thread nobody could follow. Every studio we know has the same problem and solves it the same bad way. Nothing on the market was both simple enough to hand a client and cheap enough to justify.

What we did

1. 01Built one workspace per client, isolated by design, so no client ever sees another's work.
2. 02Made every folder a register: a structured deliverables table with status, links, notes and history.
3. 03Gave the client a magic link with no signup, read-only by enforcement rather than by hiding buttons.
4. 04Shipped it as a real product with plans, billing, team seats and white label, instead of an internal tool with a login page.

Where it landed

In daily use on our own client work, and available to other studios at presently.ayuvam.com.
